The 300th episode of KBS 2TV ‘Immortal Songs 2’ is expected to have special guests as if an awards ceremony, aired in 3 parts.

‘Immortal Songs 2’ first broadcast in June 2011 and has been firmly keeping their position as Korea’s representative music variety show for 6 years presently. In this coming April, the show will be reaching its 300th episode. While many different music variety shows have been springing forth lately, ‘Immortal Songs 2’ was still able to strongly protect its strong position in weekend variety shows. Also, the fact that it’s the longest-running music variety show brings more meaning to the show.

In the coming 300th episode airing in April, the ‘Immortal Songs 2’ Special will be aired in 3 parts over 3 weeks. It is expected to have an awards show-like lineup.

For a splendid opening, Part 1 is a ‘KBS Variety Show Special’ where the emcees of KBS’ representative variety shows will take part. A total of 7 teams will confront each other in a fiery battle of pride for the show they are representing - from their stage to their wit.
